Every deployment combines hands-on rope-access inspection with drone survey and sky-lift access, so damage is found, measured and repaired against a documented method statement — PAN India, all year round.

Four access methods covering every blade surface — ground-based camera systems, drone RPAS, IRATA-certified rope access, and sky-lift platforms for complex damage.
Lightning & Laminate Damage Repair
OEM-grade composite restoration of lightning strike damage, plus glass-fibre laminate repair for delamination and cracking — back to manufacturer design.
Leading Edge Protection
Unprotected blades lose up to 12% AEP within 2–5 years. Our LEP tape, paint and shell applications deliver a 1–2 year ROI.
Retrofit Upgrades & Vortex Generators
PCU, VG, LPS, receptor and root-block retrofits, plus in-house V & U Guard manufacturing for aerodynamic upgrades and AEP gains.
Blade Erection / De-Erection
Crane-less technology for blade and major component change-outs — gearbox, generator and pitch bearing — across all WTG capacities.
Blade & Tower Cleaning
Rope access and sky-lift washing remove insects, salt and grime that cut turbine efficiency by up to 5% — scheduled AMC or ad-hoc.
How We Work
A site deployment, start to finish
Authorisation & Risk Assessment
Before any technician is mobilised to a site anywhere in India, we issue a site-specific authorisation letter and hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA) for the client and site security team.
Rope Access & Drone Survey
A certified team carries out close-range rope-access inspection alongside high-resolution drone imaging, covering every blade from root to tip.
Damage Mapping & Reporting
Findings are logged against blade geometry and turbine serial number, with photographic evidence and severity grading for each defect.
Repair & Sign-Off
Structural and cosmetic repairs are carried out to method-statement procedures, with completion documentation handed over for the asset file.
