Our Services
12 service lines.
One PAN India team.
From first inspection to final repair sign-off — covering the complete blade condition-management cycle for wind turbine operators across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rajasthan, all backed by site-specific QHSE documentation.
Inspections — Ground, Drone, Rope Access & Sky Lift
Four access methods, one consolidated 3-level inspection report — IRATA-certified rope-access technicians, 100MP drone RPAS, ultra-HD ground-based camera systems and sky-lift platforms.
Lightning Damage Repair
OEM-grade composite restoration of lightning strike damage, reinstating full structural and aerodynamic integrity to the manufacturer's design profile.
Laminate Damage Repair
Delamination, cracking and surface defects repaired using glass-fibre laminates — seamless cosmetic and structural restoration to manufacturer specification, blade as new.
Leading Edge Protection
Unprotected blades lose up to 12% AEP within 2–5 years. Our LEP tape, paint and shell applications deliver a 1–2 year ROI, maximising energy production across the wind farm.
Retrofit Upgrades
PCU, VG, LPS, receptor, root-block and LEP (paint/tape/shells) upgrades. A strong back-office ensures accurate timescales and fixed-price quotes.
Split Tip Repair
Split blade tip sections are structurally bonded and finished to OEM tolerances. Completed repairs carry a new-blade warranty.
Fire Damage Repair
Post-fire structural restoration of blade composite and core materials, returning the blade to safe, certified operating condition.
Trailing Edge Repair
Trailing-edge bond integrity restored to prevent aerodynamic noise and structural failure — all damage grades handled.
Vortex Generator Installation
VGs improve aerodynamics and boost Annual Energy Production. Our experienced teams deploy across all major OEM blade makes.
Tower & Nacelle Repair
Cell-joint corrosion treated with PU paint and tape, inside and outside. Nacelle composite damage repaired by qualified teams.
Blade Erection / De-Erection
Crane-less technology for blade and major component de-erection & re-erection — all WTG capacities, eliminating heavy crane cost and logistics.
Blade & Tower Cleaning
Rope access and sky-lift washing services remove insects, salt and grime that disrupt laminar airflow — scheduled AMC-based or ad-hoc programmes.

End of Warranty & Transit Damage
Protecting assets at critical lifecycle moments
Four Season serves 30+ turbine owner groups requiring comprehensive End of Warranty (EOW) inspections, combining the latest research with extensive field experience across three inspection levels.
Outside Surface
10% representative coverage of the external blade surface, identifying visible defects and erosion.
Inside Surface
10% representative coverage of the internal blade structure, accessed via the root and webbing.
NDT — 80% Coverage
Non-destructive testing across 80% of the blade, the deepest level of EOW assessment before warranty expiry.
Transit & Installation Damage Repair
Blade damage during transport and erection is repaired on-site with speed and precision, minimising commissioning delays and project cost overruns.
- Rapid on-site deployment to any location in India
- All WTG makes and blade types supported
- Full quality documentation and sign-off report
- Coordinates directly with EPC and OEM teams
V & U Guard Manufacturing
In-house manufactured V-guard and U-guard profiles for leading-edge protection and aerodynamic enhancement of turbine blades — a specialist programme supporting our LEP and retrofit work.
Combined with our Blade & Tower Cleaning service, regular professional cleaning protects Annual Energy Production (AEP) — dirt, insects, salt deposits and bird droppings can reduce turbine efficiency by up to 5%.
Materials & Method
Repairs matched to the original laminate
Structural repairs use glass-fibre reinforced polymer (GFRP) systems — including biaxial and unidirectional fabrics — selected to match the blade's original layup, then cured and finished to a documented method statement. Cosmetic work restores gel-coat and leading-edge protection to manufacturer-aligned standards.
Every repair is tied back to the inspection report that identified it, so the asset record shows not just what was found, but how — and to what standard — it was fixed, wherever the site is in India.
- Inspection Ground, drone, rope access & sky lift — every blade surface
- Reporting Damage logged by blade station & severity
- Repair GFRP structural & gel-coat cosmetic work
- Sign-Off Completion documentation for the asset file
